The vehicle was stopped and the driver was interviewed. During the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. The driver admitted to possessing marijuana and a firearm. During a search marijuana and a firearm were discovered. The driver was issued citations and released. The vehicle was towed. The contraband was seized. |
