The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of alcohol use in the driver. The driver admitted to consuming alcohol. The driver attempted the SFSTs and was not able to successfully complete them. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
