The victim was interviewed and described the actions of the subject and the circumstances of the incident. The two parties are roommates in the apartment and an ongoing verbal argument became physical. The subject was located and interviewed. The victim has declined to prosecute at this time, but has requested a no contact order. On campus partners were notified. |
