The driver was interviewed and admitted to possessing marijuana. A search of the vehicle yielded the stated contraband and paraphernalia. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center with a hold for warrants. On 01/25/2020 a CCU DPS officer obtained a warrant for the subject and served said warrant. |
