The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of alcohol use. The driver was asked to perform field sobriety tests of which they refused to take. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility where they refused to give a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
