Upon arrival the officer met with housing personnel. Upon speaking with the subject the odor of a narcotic could be detected. The officer was given consent to search and located narcotics and paraphernalia. The narcotic was seized and the subject issued a citation. This incident is being referred to the Dean of Students Office for review.
