Upon arrival the officer the officer located the vehicle on the lawn. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of alcohol use in the driver. The subject attempted the SFSTs and was not able to successfully complete them. The subject was transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused a breath sample. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center.
