Upon arrival the officer located the subject who was passed out Upon speaking with the subject the officer could detect an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from them and had slurred speech. The subject was taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center and issued a citation. This incident is being referred to the Dean of Students Office for review.
