Upon arrival the officer made contact with the subject. Who was passed out with the vehicle in drive. The subject was uneasy on his feet and his speech was slurred. Marijuana was located on the subject which was seized. The subject was taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center and issued citations. The vehicle was towed. |
