The officer observed the subjects actively smoking marijuana. The subjects voluntarily gave the officer a jar containing marijuana. The officer seized the marijuana and placed it into evidence. One of the subjects was not a student and was trespassed from CCU. This student/incident is being referred to The Dean of Students Office for review.
