The officer noticed that they smelled of an intoxicating alcoholic beverage. The suspect had a slurred speech, and struggled to keep their balance, when trying to stand. The officer located a baggie containing suspect cocaine on the suspect. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The subject was issued a citation. |
