Upon arrival the victim described the circumstances of the incident to the officer. The officer located a suspect and made contact with them. The subject admitted to the larceny, was issued a citation, and released at the scene. The item was recovered and returned to the owner. This incident is being referred to the Dean of Students Office for review.
