Time: | 1823 | Officer: | Decker | Type: | Unlawful Carry of a Pistol/Possession of Marijuana | Location: | University Place | Description: | A CCU DPS officer received information regarding a suspicious vehicle that entered in University Place. The officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the driver a baggie of suspected marijuana was observed, as well as, a strong odor of marijuana. During a search of the vehicle two handguns and ammunition were located. All subjects were taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center, and a hold placed on them for warrants. All recovered items were place into evidence. |
