The officer initiated a traffic stop. Upon investigation while attempting to identify the driver a large amount of suspected narcotics was located in a backpack. It was also determined the motorcycle had not insurance. The driver was taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center, and issued a citation. A warrant will be obtained for the PWID. The motorcycle was towed. |
