Dispatch observed the subjects jump in the elevator intentionally to attempt to disable it. CFD responded to open the door. Upon speaking with the subjects they had a strong odor of alcohol upon their persons. The subjects were taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center, and issued citations. |
