Time: | 0141 | Officer: | Cavallini | Type: | Zero Tolerence | Location: | University Blvd and University Drive | Description: | While on patrol, a CCU DPS officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic infraction and initiated a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the driver the officer noticed the subjects eyes appeared glassy and they had a tired look about their face The officer also noticed a box of M beer behind the driver seat. The subject was asked to perform field sobriety tests. The subject had an odor of alcohol emitting from their breath and did show some visible Nystagmus. The subject was under the age of 21 and did elect to offer a breath sample.
