Upon arrival the officer met with housing personnel who observed suspected marijuana in plain view. The subject consented to a search of the room which yielded suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. The items were seized and placed into evidence. The subject was issued a citation and released at the scene. This incident is being referred to the Dean of Students Office for review.
