Upon arrival the officer observed several subjects outside acting rowdy and belligerent. When the officer exited the vehicle a subject attempted to run from the officer. The officer attempted to apply handcuffs on on the subject, who was not compliant. The subject was taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center, and issued a citation. |
