Time: | 1339 | Officer: | Freeman | Type: | Possession of Marijuana/Paraphernalia/Student Conduct | Location: | Elvington Loop | Description: | A CCU DPS officer responded to Elvington Loop in reference to a report of suspected marijuana use. Upon arrival the officer met with housing personnel who advised they smelled the odor of suspected marijuana when walking. The subjects were also on scene. The officer asked the subject if they had any marijuana on them and they replied yes. The marijuana was seized and the subject was issued a citation. This incident is being referred to the Dean of Student's office for further review. |
