Time: | 2046 | Officer: | Avery | Type: | Possession of Marijuana/Paraphernalia/Student Conduct | Location: | Chanticleer Drive East | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed smoke coming from inside a vehicle which was parked in the GG parking lot. Upon further investigation the officer determined the smoke to be marijuana. In plain view a bag containing suspected marijuana was located. The officer searched the vehicle and located additional suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. The items were seized. One subject was issued a citation and released at the scene. This student/incidents is being referred to the Dean of Students Officer for review.
