Upon arrival the officer spoke with the subject who exhibited slurred speech, incoherent responses to questions, was unable to maintain his balance, and there was an odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from their person. The subject was taken into custody, transported to the Horry County Detention Center, and issued citations. This student/incident is being referred to the Dean of Students Office for review. |
