The officer located the subject who was very incoherent and unable to answer basic questions. EMS arrived on scene and was going to transport the subject to CMC however, the subject fled on foot. They were apprehended and taken into custody. The subject was then transported to the Horry County Detention Center, and issued a citation and trespassed from CCU property. |
