Upon speaking with the driver the officer was able to smell the odor of marijuana. The driver admitted to having a blunt and handed it to the officer. The officer searched the vehicle and located marijuana. Upon running the license it was determined the be suspended. The marijuana was seized and the subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center and issued citations. |
