During a consented search of the vehicle, a bag of green leafy substance was found in the possession of the passenger. At that time, the officer asked the driver to empty his pockets and a small bag of green leafy substance was found in his possession. Both subjects were given State Citations for Simple Possession and other charges stemming from this stop. |
