The officer initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle and, after talking to the driver, it was determined that she did not have a license to drive. The driver was placed under arrest and the vehicle was searched. During the search, the officer found an amount of green leafy substance and some drug paraphernalia. The passenger in the vehicle was also arrested on possession charges. |
