The officer entered the room and could smell the odor of marijuana in the room. The occupants of the room said that there were no drugs in the room but a search of the room turned up a clear plastic bag containing a green leafy substance. The substance was tested for marijuana with a positive result. The subject was cited of simple possession of marijuana. Also taken form the room was a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana. |
