Upon arrival, he was told that a vehicle had run the stop sign and had struck the victim’s vehicle. The victim stated that the subject vehicle had then left the scene. While the officer was interviewing the victim, the subject vehicle returned and the driver was cited for leaving the scene of the accident and for not having a driver’s license. |
