During the traffic stop, the officer smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Consent was given to search the vehicle and, during the search, the officer found two cigar holders that contained what appeared to be marijuana. A field test was done on the substance and it confirmed that the substance was marijuana. All three subjects in the vheicle were charged with simple possession of marijuana and released. |
