The resident agreed and, when the officer entered the room, he noticed items that suggested the resident may have drugs or drug equipment in the room. The officer asked the resident if he had any marijuana in the room and the resident said yes and told the officer where the marijuana and a pipe were. The items were seized and the resident was issued a citation for simple possession of marijuana. |
