The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was unable to successfully complete the one SFST they were willing to do. The driver was taken to a breath testing location and the breath test confirmed the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
