The driver was interviewed and given an opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject submitted a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
