The officers located the subject apartment and made contact with the occupants. Upon entering the apartment paraphernalia was observed in plain sight. The occupants were interviewed and University Housing staff were requested and responded. One subject admitted to possessing the paraphernalia. The subject gave consent for a search during which marijuana and pills were found. The pills were later determined to belong to a prescription the subject had been issued. All contraband was seized and the subject was issued two citations. |
