At the scene the officers found two pedestrians who had been struck by a vehicle and the driver of the vehicle. The two victims and the subject were interviewed. The two victims were transported to the Grans Strand Regional Medical Center by ambulance. Neither victim sustained life threatening injuries. The subject was issued a citation and released. |
