When they arrived, they noticed that another officer was talking to a male. While the conversation was going on, the male subject kept acting suspicious so the reporting officer asked if he could “pat him down for their safety and his”. The subject agreed and, during the pat down, a small bulge was noticed in the subject’s pocket. When asked what the bulge was the subject replied “weed”. The subject was cited and released. |
