The subject left the area on a bicycle. While CCU DPS officers were attempting to locate the subject the subject was located by CPD and held for CCU DPS. The subject was interviewed and positively identified as the person reported to CCU DPS. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
