Upon arrival at the vehicle they could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. At the same time, they noticed that the subjects were acting very nervous. After being giving consent to search their vehicle the officers found a small “blunt” in the vehicle. The subjects were cited and released. |
