The officers observed him break a bottle in the parking lot. During the ensuing conversation with the subject, another subject came to the location. That subject was told to leave the area and, when he refused, he was cited for disobeying a police officer. The first subject was cited for public drunk and was made to clean up the bottle that he had broken. |
