The officer collected evidence and interviewed possible witnesses. The subject vehicle was not located at that time. At 0900 on the same day a vehicle matching the evidence from the scene was located. The officer attempted to locate the driver of the vehicle without success. The vehicle was towed. this incident continues to be investigated. |
