Subject turned the music down and was released. When the subject drove away, he turned the music back up. Another vehicle stop was initiated and the subject was cited for violation of noise ordinance. When the subject was checked through NCIC it was learned that his driver's license had been suspended and that he had been classified as a Habitual Offender. The subject was arrested and transported to jail. |
