The driver was interviewed and based on the interview given the opportunity to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. the driver refused to provide a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
