The officer stopped the vehicle and interviewed the driver. The driver was asked to attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
