A CCU DPS officer noticed the subject attempting to hide something in his hands. the subject was ordered out of the vehicle. While searching the subject a CCU DPS officer was stuck by a used hypodermic needle in the subject's pocket. The subject was found to be in possesion of narcotics and paraphenalia. The subject resisted the officers' attempts to handcuff him. The subject was arrested and transported to J. Reuben Long Detention Center. None of the three people in the vehicle were CCU students. |
