During the stop, the subject admitted to driving under suspension. The subject was arrested and, during a search of his vehicle (incident to arrest), a green leafy substance was found. When asked about his tag, the subject admitted that his tag was on the vehicle that was ahead of him. That vehicle was also stopped and it was found that the female driver (the subject’s mother) was driving an uninsured vehicle. She was also arrested at that time. |
