The victim was interviewed and described the missing property and the circumstances of the incident. A video review of the area revealed a possible subject and a witness. The witness was located and interviewed. The witness identified the subject who was then contacted. Later the same day a person who was not the subject entered the CCU DPS office and turned in the missing phone as a found item. A warrant has been sought and obtained for the subject. This incident continues to be investigated. |
