The vehicle was located but the driver was not in the vehicle. The driver was located by another officer a short distance away. the driver was interviewed and asked to attempt SFSTs. The driver refused to cooperate. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility and refused to provide a sample. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A collision report was completed. |
