The driver was interviewed and given SFSTs. The subject was not able to successfully complete the SFSts. The subject was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath sample confirmed the subject was over the legal limit. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
