The subject was located and taken into custody. During the arrest officers observed in plain view marijuana and paraphernalia. Consent was given and a search was completed. During the search officers discovered more paraphernalia and a loaded handgun. The two other residents of the apartment were present. One subject consented to a search and during the search paraphernalia was discovered. The second subject would not consent. A search warrant was obtained and served. During the search marijuana and paraphernalia were discovered. Two of the subjects were transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
