The officer interviewed the victim and then ran a records check on the subject. The subject was found to have two outstanding warrants. The officer contacted HCPD with information about the subjects whereabouts and agreed to assist HCPD in attempting to apprehend the subject. Officers responded to the address where the subject was likely located and made contact with a resident. The resident denied knowing the subject. The subject attempted to flee the residence and was taken into custody. HCPD transported the subject to the Horry County Detention Center on the outstanding warrants. The resident was issued a citation and released. |
