When the officer arrived they observed the subject in possession of what appeared to be marijuana. The subject was interviewed. During the interview loud noise was observed coming from the subjects apartment. The officer was able to observe alcohol inside the apartment. Two subjects were issued citations no marijuana was found or charged. |
