He reported that, when they saw him, they threw something on the ground and that one of them was holding a can of beer. The officer determined that what they threw on the ground was the remains of a marijuana cigarette. He also retrieved a small amount of green leafy substance from one of the subjects. The individual with the beer was the same one that had the green leafy substance. He was cited for Simple Possession of Marijuana and Open Container and released. The other individuals were released to the RA. |
